As part of our service, we will prepare all the documentation required and work with the local authorities to obtain your drone permit for the days you require it. In a small number of countries, the government may have an additional charge that must be paid directly to them. We can assist you with this.
We generally need at least 3 weeks to process a commercial drone permit for most countries. If you purchase the permit and we cannot obtain it for any reason we will issue a full refund. Before purchasing please speak with us in the chat (bottom right), or via email support@uavsystemsinternational.com to check if it will be possible for us to obtain a drone permit for you.
Through our partnerships with customers around the world, and shipping our products to 100+ countries we have developed an extensive network of contacts with the regulatory authorities around the world. We use these contacts to quickly obtain you a drone permit.
Most commercial drone permits are valid for around 1 year, and some have no expiry date. Please note this permit is valid only for commercial drone flying, we also offer recreational drone permits, which you can find more info on by clicking here.
We can accept Net 30 purchase orders from most customers, with a few exceptions. Our team will determine eligibility on a case by case basis. Only pay for the drone when you have received it and are satisfied.
We know you will love our products, but in the case you are not happy with the drone for any reason within the first 30 days, return it to us for a full refund.
