Our most popular fixed-wing drone, the Skywalker Long-Range Drone, is a highly versatile platform that can be used for mapping, surveillance, carrying a specialized payload, or even as a target drone.
The Skywalker v2.2 is an upgraded version after putting valuable feedback from our customers back into the drone for the best version yet. The Skywalker Drone comes standard with RFD900X telemetry radios, giving you a range of up to 20 km (12 mi). Another major bonus of having the telemetry is that it is AES-256 encrypted.
The popular Herelink Ground Station is also available in combination with the Skywalker Long-Range Drone now. The add-on which includes the Herelink Ground Station and an action camera gives you a live HD video feed.
Another great add-on is the Botlink 4G LTE control modem, which allows you to control your Skywalker Drone over a 4G LTE network.
Finally, our most requested add-on, the Skywalker Launcher has now been added - no more hand launches needed!

The Cube Orange is the standard flight controller option included with your drone. As one of the most popular flight controllers on the market, it offers proven performance and reliability.
In addition, the carrier board also features a 1090 ADS-B uAvionix module with 12 miles (20km) range allowing you to see aircraft operating in your vicinity.
In case you require a US-made flight controller, you can always choose the Cube Blue. The Cube Blue is manufactured in an ITAR-certified factory in California and is designed for operators that require a US-made flight controllers option, such as government or military operators.

The Skywalker features easily removable and replaceable parts, ensuring that damage to any part of the plane can be quickly and easily replaced without rendering the whole drone useless - making this together with the Talon GT, the perfect fixed wing for training.
The Skywalker features a sophisticated design throughout every part, from the laminated landing pad to the reverse wingtips which provide greater lift and efficiency.
The Skywalker Long-Range Drone uses the Australian RFD900X telemetry module, giving you the potential to fly up to 20 km (12 mi).
The RFD900X also features AES-256 encryption, ensuring the link between your ground station and the Skywalker Long Range drone is secure at all times.
With a click of two buttons, the arms of the Skywalker Long Range Drone detach completely, allowing you to easily transport the drone between locations.
If you plan to transport the Skywalker Long-Range drone extensively we recommend the Travel Case option to protect the frame during transport.
The Skywalker Long Range Drone uses a high-quality US/Swiss-made Ublox NEO-M8N equipped with dual compasses, allowing for incredibly accurate positioning.
If you require even more precise positioning or plan to fly in areas where the standard GPS cannot lock onto satellites (such as inside buildings), please check out our Skywalker Long-Range RTK option.
The RTK option replaces the standard GPS module with a new one that delivers a precision of 2.0 cm even without the base station.
Draw route plans using a Google Maps interface and monitor crucial telemetry information in real-time with Mission Planner software for PC or MAC. Live telemetry and flight data are displayed on the Mission Planner home screen, allowing you to control and monitor the Skywalker Long Range Drone and its systems as it flies.
In addition, you can configure APM settings for your airframe in the software, and download mission log files to analyze them. The Mission Planner software is open-source, and always being updated and improved by thousands of contributors around the world.

The Skywalker Long Range Drone uses the Pixhawk flight controller, which is a fully open-source flight control system running ArduPilot.
This system is supported by developers all over the world and can be modified to take your Skywalker Long Range to the next level.
Alternatively, upon request, the Skywalker Long-Range drone can be programmed with PX4.
