No-Show Fee for Scheduled Support Calls
We’re proud to provide free lifetime technical support for all our drones — a commitment we continue to uphold despite high demand.
To ensure we can assist as many customers as possible, we kindly ask that you honor your scheduled support appointments. Missed appointments without at least 24 hours’ notice take away time that could be used to support other clients.
As such, a $25 no-show fee will apply to any scheduled support call that is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice. Payment of this penalty will be necessary to continue with tech support, and maintain the product warranty.
