Based on the successful Tarot X6 V1.0 - V2.0, we took feedback from our engineering team, along with customers across the country, and around the world, to make the Tarot X6 V2.1 our best Tarot X6 yet!
The Tarot X6 V2.1 Ready To Fly Drone is a fantastic platform for those looking to carry a large payload through the skies, with the spacious cargo area under the center plate. The Tarot X6 uses high-quality 3K carbon fiber plates and tubes, along with anodized aluminum CNC parts to ensure you have a drone as tough as the jobs you will need it for!
The V2.1 features a completely redesigned frame that is eliminates 100% of the plastic parts and replaces them with high quality aluminum components. The frame has been considerably strengthened, allowing for some accidents without grounding the drone for repairs. The motors have been upgraded to a more efficient model and are now completely enclosed, making them water resistant. New higher quality ESC's are substantially more reliable, and the included charger is much better than the previous stock charger. An upgraded high quality Made In USA Pixhawk 2.1 flight controller and GPS control the operation of the drone. Along with these main upgrades, dozens of smaller usability and design improvements have been implemented.
The Tarot X6 V2.1 features a high quality 6 Rotor hexacopter design that ensures stability and power, and unlike a 4 rotor design, ensures that any problems with a single rotor will not compromise the operation of the whole drone.
The Tarot X6 V2.1 Ready To Fly Drone features arms that fold in at the click of a button to ensure quick and easy transportation.
The Tarot X6 V2.1 Ready To Fly Drone can carry around 11 lb. (5 kg) of payload with a range of 1 miles (1.5 km), a flight time of up to 25 minutes with a payload, or up to 30 minutes without a payload. The Tarot X6 V2.1 comes fully equipped with all required accessories and has been pretested to ensure it’s ready to fly out of the box.

With the Pixhawk flight controller system, the operator can program waypoints and flight plans into the drone before takeoff. The high quality Made In USA Pixhawk flight controller features manual flying modes, stabilize mode, and a (fail-safe function) return to home mode in addition to the autonomous mode.The drone can be piloted with the included controller when flying manually or via a laptop or tablet utilizing the Mission Planner software when flying autonomously.
The Tarot X6 V2.1 Ready To Fly Drone uses a high-quality US/Swiss made Ublox NEO-M8N equipped with dual compasses, allowing for incredibly accurate positioning.
If you require even more precise positioning or plan to fly in areas were the standard GPS cannot lock onto satellites (such as inside buildings), please check out our Tarot X6 RTK option.
The Tarot X6 V2.1 Drone is powered by 6 highly efficient, lightweight brushless motors that feature carbon fiber folding propellers. These high-quality brushless motors were designed in Europe by one of our partners specifically for the Tarot X6.
The motors require low maintenance compared to other types of motors and offer superior power and efficiency for the size of the motor, allowing you to lift payloads with ease.
The Tarot X6 V2.1 has been designed to carry the widest range of equipment, from camera/video to scientific/industrial/research equipment, and much more. Below the base plate are 2 centered carbon fiber rods, and a plate designed to mount to, along with ample space for most payloads.
Upon request, we can build customized mounts for your equipment, or provide CAD models for you to build your own. With our relentless focus on high-quality, reliable components across the board on our platforms, you can be comfortable in the Tarot X6 v2.1 platform to safely carry your trickiest payloads.
The Tarot X6 features new folding propellers. With this design change, you no longer need to remove the propellers after each use. Simply turn the drone off, fold it up and put it away.
The folding propellers have an added bonus of looking much better, and now when the drone crashes or tips over the propellers will quickly shear, avoiding costly damage to the motor/ESC/electronics.

Draw route plans for the Tarot X6 on screen using a Google Maps interface and monitor crucial telemetry information in real time with Mission Planner software for PC or MAC. Live telemetry and flight data is displayed on the Mission Planner home screen, allowing you to control and monitor the Tarot X6 and its systems as it flies.
In addition, you can configure APM settings for your airframe in the software, and download mission log files to analyze them. The Mission Planner software is open-source, and always being updated and improved by thousands of contributors around the world. The Tarot X6 comes with a 6-month warranty. During this time, any parts that prematurely fail as a result of manufacturing defects will be replaced free of charge.
The Tarot X6 V2.1 uses the Pixhawk flight controller, which is a fully open-source flight control system running ArduPilot. This system is supported by developers all over the world, and can be modified to take your Tarot X6 to the next level.
